How to delete your ShiftSleep account

You can permanently delete your ShiftSleep account at any time. This page explains how to do it, what data is removed, and how long it takes.

Two ways to delete your account

1. Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open ShiftSleep.
  2. Go to SettingsAccountDelete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

The app will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

2. Delete by email

If you cannot access the app:

  1. Send an email to support@oqapps.pro from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request — ShiftSleep.
  3. Include your account email (if different from sender) for verification.

We will verify your identity, delete your account, and confirm by email within 30 days.

Some information is retained as required by law or business necessity:

Subscriptions

Important: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play and must be cancelled separately.

Timeline

Can I restore my account after deletion?

No. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. If you change your mind, you can create a new account, but your previous data cannot be recovered.
