What is ShiftRest?
ShiftRest helps shift workers plan sleep windows, manage circadian rhythm, and get personalised sleep coaching to improve rest quality.
Does ShiftRest access my calendar?
No. You input your shift schedule manually within the app; ShiftRest does not access your device calendar.
Is ShiftRest a medical sleep tracker?
No. ShiftRest is a wellness tool and does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders. If you have chronic sleep problems, consult a physician.
Will the app send me notifications at night?
Notifications are sent only at times you configure. You can disable or schedule them in Settings → Notifications.
How do I cancel my subscription?
App Store / Google Play → your account → Subscriptions → ShiftRest → Cancel.
Can I sign in with Apple?
Yes. Sign in with Apple is supported.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email support@oqapps.pro.

How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or visit our Account Deletion page. You can also email support@oqapps.pro from your registered address with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play — we cannot cancel them on your behalf. To cancel:
- iOS: App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → ShiftRest → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → your account → Payments & Subscriptions → ShiftRest → Cancel.
How do I request a refund?
- iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Contact Google Play support within 48 hours of purchase for an automatic refund. After that, submit a refund request through Google Play.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@oqapps.pro with the subject “Bug Report — ShiftRest”. Please include: what you were doing, what happened, what you expected to happen, and your device model and OS version. Screenshots are very helpful.
